Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be confirmed either by phone, fax, email, or using the secure on-line reservation system. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. A 50% deposit is required with your reservation and the balance is payable 14 days before arrival except for reservations made for the Holiday season, when balance is payable 45 days before arrival We do not charge your credit card until we have accepted and confirmed your reservation. Our cancellation policy is to refund 75% of your deposit if cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date unless we are able to rebook your room for the same length. Cancellation Insurance from your insurance Broker should be considered.

Check-in and check-out

4 pm check-in, and 11am check-out.

Children

Children aged 12 and over are welcome and are charged the same as adults.

Comforts

We supply comfortable fleece slippers allowing you to enjoy our shoe-less establishment.

Smoking

Alpine Chalet is a smoke free establishment, therefore guests wishing to smoke can do so, but only outside on private balconies.
